Basic Dental Implant MasterMind Forum

Dental Implant MasterMind Forum is a surgeon-restorative dentist collaborative group engaged solely on higher education in implant dentistry. The group discusses innovations, basic principles in aesthetic and reconstructive implant dentistry, surgical topics, prosthetic principles, digital dentistry, materials, and laboratory procedures in achieving remarkable results. Other topics include treatment plan acceptance strategies, communication, staff training, effective marketing strategies, and implant business development.

The Basic MasterMind Forum is designed for restorative dentists with little or no experience in implant dentistry. This program is ideal for any dentist practicing less than five years or those who have restored less than 25 implants.

The Forum format is designed to maximize learning through peer-peer experience sharing as well as guest presenters in a safe and confidential atmosphere that encourages members to discuss difficult cases, failures, and successes.  The program is intensive and requires member participation and presentations.The purpose of the Dental Implant Mastermind Forum is to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary to take your practice to the next level. This is a progressive program with ongoing discussion of new techniques, studies, and approaches in implant dentistry. The forum covers all fundamental areas in dental implant dentistry:

  • Treatment planning
  • Prosthetic principles
  • Surgical principles
  • Laboratory principles
  • Digital dentistry
  • Technology
  • Treatment plan acceptance
  • Communication
  • Implant business principles
  • Marketing and practice development

Each class is limited to 25 participants. The program is offered in 3 sessions over three consecutive months consisting of 2-Day programs (Friday and Saturday) from 8 am to 5 pm.

Session #1: Treatment Planning and Digital Work Flow
Session #2: Aesthetic Zone and Soft Tissue Management
Session #3: Partial and Full Arch Treatments

Upon completion, the graduating class will receive a certificate of completion. Members then have an option to enroll in our advanced MasterMind Implant series designed to continue to learn and collaborate.

Enrollment Requirements:

  • Tuition: $2500 for each session (Total $7500)

Meetings Format:

The structure behind our instructional methods is to focus on real-world clinical cases and scientific basis in order to engender knowledge foundation, practical solutions to different clinical presentations, interaction, and engaged learning experience. The participants of the program appreciate, and benefit from, both connections to experts and interaction with their peers. Several teaching methods are employed:

Forum Leaders

The forum leaders consist of experts, leaders, and teachers in field of implant dentistry. Each brings unique talents in both clinical and management practices that elevates the forum experience.


  • Total tuition for program (3 sessions): $7500
  • Tuition includes meetings, educational materials, and meals.

Each program is limited to 25 participants. Complete applications are due two months before beginning of each program. To apply, please complete and submit each of the following items. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered and no exceptions will be made:

  1. A completed registration form
  2. A deposit of US $1000 payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or check. This deposit is non-refundable for accepted applicants.
  3. A personal statement. That is, a description of you, your practice and your goals/vision (2 pages maximum, please). The statement should your key challenges and what you expect to get out of this program.

Payment information (check or credit card) for the US$1000 deposit – payable to “Facialart Dental Forum”  – must be included with your application and should be received two months before start of the program. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. The announcement of the 25 most-qualified candidates will be made 45 days before start of program. At that time, all applicants will be notified of their application status. Applicants who are accepted to the program will receive additional information concerning the program and arrangements.
