SUMMARY:Critical Soft Tissue Techniques in Esthetic & Implant Dentistry
DESCRIPTION:Put in coupon code = FORUM  to receive $500 OFF registration \nDental health and esthetics is dependent on specifically defined relationships between the soft tissue\, the teeth or implants\, and the underlying osseous scaffold. A critical soft tissue dimension is required for long-term predictable support of the gingival margin\, crestal bone and restorative esthetics. Part and parcel of a thorough dental evaluation today is to determine that gingival phenotype of the individual. Thickness of the gingiva\, zone of attached tissue and tissue color all play important roles in developing the long-term health and esthetics in dental treatment of any kind. \nIt will teach IN DETAIL and simplify the process of site evaluation\, critical anatomy\, flap management\, incision techniques\, suturing and minimally invasive armamentarium.\n* Hands-on Techniques to be covered in detail: • Ridge Augmentation for pontic and implant sites\n* Roll techniques\n* Inlay pouch technique\n* Onlay technique\n* Root coverage procedures\n* Connective Tissue Grafts (CTG)\n* Gingival Tissue Grafts (FGG)\n* Semi-lunar grafts\n* Tunnel techniques\n* VISTA

SUMMARY:MasterMind- Implant Care Practitioner- Level 1
DESCRIPTION:The dental implant surgical and restorative markets are forecasted to reach 12.32 billion by 2021. Such substantial industry growth indicates that many dental hygienists will encounter patients with implant dentistry within their clinical practice. With the increased incidence of peri-implant diseases\, studies have indicated the maintenance phase to be the most important aspect for long term success. While protocols for implant maintenance remain unclear\, the role of the dental hygienist in the preservation of peri-implant tissues has been recognized internationally. A 2015 consensus report published by the 10th European Consensus Conference (EuCC) addressing peri-implant inflammation acknowledged that detection and prevention of peri-implant diseases is contingent upon the diagnostic and therapeutic skill of the clinician. \nThis multifaceted hands-on program will explore the fundamentals of laser science\, periodontal endoscopy\, subgingival powder streaming with glycine powder and instrumentation in the non-surgical treatment of peri-implant and periodontal diseases. Working with simulation exercises\, this workshop is designed to build confidence and gain clinical understanding for dental hygienists’ in the delivery of advanced treatment protocols. \nJoin us. Your journey to become an Implant Care Practitioner (ICP) begins here!

SUMMARY:Implant Care Practitioner Training Program: Level 2
DESCRIPTION:Evidences about the oral systemic link declare an adequate dentition as medically necessary for quality of life. According to the American College of Prosthodontics\, more than 36 million Americans are edentulous with approximately 23 million Americans being completely edentulous. Tooth loss is a debilitating\, life altering\, and irreversible disease. A hot topic in contemporary medicine is the health professions need to prepare for a growing population. Areas of particular interests include dentistry\, older patients\, and edentulism. One concern is that as the population grows so will their susceptibility to oral disease and the concluding\, tooth loss. \nAdvances in restorative dentistry have revolutionized our ability to revive even the hopeless dentition. Implant dentistry has improved the lives of millions of edentate people restoring facial appearance\, speech\, and eating ability. With such therapeutic value\, dental implants have become the standard of care for the replacement of missing teeth. Consider that with a growing population\, dental hygienists need to become educated about the possible dental implant complications and their origins. Also needing close study is how to safely and effectively meet the dental hygiene needs of the edentulous patient with advanced implant dentistry. \nThis course is one of the most comprehensive programs on this topic discussing a range of complications in implant dentistry\, prevention strategies\, diagnostic\, and management modalities\, Participants will learn through a multi-disciplinary perspective reviewing surgical\, restorative\, laboratory\, and maintenance phases of implant dentistry as well as solutions to complications. \nWe invite dental hygienists and dentists alike to join us for an intradisciplinary approach to implant dentist! \n  \nUpon the completion of this program through lecture\, participation\, case presentations and discussion\, participants will achieve the following: \n\nRecognize complications involving single\, multiple\, and full arch cases.\nUnderstand peri-implant soft and hard tissue deficiencies.\nDiscuss the dental hygienists role in the post operative care of regeneration procedures.\nLearn about treatment modalities for the maintenance of edentulous patients with advanced implant dentistry.\nDiscuss patient management principles.\nLearn about communication modalities for the conversion of prospective implant patients to case acceptance.\nIntroduce the role of the Implant Care Practitioner (ICP)  and Implant Care Coordinator (ICC) as valuable members of the dental implant team\n\n  \nThe course is limited to 28 participants onsite at the Forum\, our educational site. The program takes place over 2-days (Saturday and Sunday) from 8 am to 5 pm. \nCE Credits: 16 hours

SUMMARY:Full Arch Treatments- A Forum for Team Collaborative
DESCRIPTION:Do you want to start offering full arch implant treatments and don’t know where to start? Have you already done some cases but found the process to be too hard\, long\, or chaotic? Or have experienced complications that discouraged you from engaging in more treatments? \nMany of the restorative dentists we talk to have expressed one or more of these challenges. They have patients who are candidates for full arch therapy but do not have a protocol or guidance for proper patient education\, treatment acceptance\, and the actual treatments. \nIf you want to overcome such challenges\, deliver remarkable full-arch dentistry\, and earn 10-15 k profit for spending less than 2 hours of your time\, this program will give you the start you need. \nFully edentulous patients and those with guarded dentitions are looking for treatments to help them get back their function and aesthetics. And they are looking for dentists who can provide such services with ease\, convenience\, and manageable cost. This is the reason why corporate implant centers like ClearChoice and others are attracting your patients to provide services that you can easily deliver yourself with little invested time and effort with maximal return. \nThrough full digital work-flow and collaboration with labs\, we have created a complete full arch treatment process that will provide remarkable results for your patients in an efficient and profitable process for you. \nWe would like to invite you to an evening forum on Wednesday October 27\, 2021 to learn about our unique full-arch treatment protocol that delivers maximal treatment acceptance and ‘4-dimensional’ results while minimizing chaos\, mis-communication\, and complications. \nHere are some of the topics we’ll discuss during this complimentary program: \n\nHow to recognize full-arch patients in your current patient base.\nSimple strategies to get patients excited about possibilities and take the next steps\nHow to educate your patients about treatment options with no fees and no appointments.\nStrategies for effective treatment acceptance\nDigital work-flow in full arch treatments for optimal precision and efficiency.\nImmediate / delayed load protocols for full arch treatments and staging protocols\nLaboratory and restorative steps\nFee structures and payment plans to make treatments affordable for every patient\n4-dimensional dentistry and how it will grow your practice with no costly advertising.\n\nYou probably have dozens of patients right now who want full arch treatments but simply do not know about it or how it works. We’ll discuss how to recognize such patients and how to get them engaged into treatments. \nOur full arch protocol is the result of processes developed over the last 10 years and has proved to be a highly effective and successful model. And now we want to share our experiences with you. Join us and see if our program is a fit for your patients and practice.. \nDuring this 2-hour complimentary seminar\, we will also give you a tour of the smile design studio\, our digital laboratory\, and dental implant center where all treatments are provided. We will provide you with the knowledge and tools to complete full-arch restorative treatment along with collaboration from our team lab right at your own office. You will also meet the team from our lab. \nThis program is limited to 12 participants who will also be enrolled in our FREE continuum courses to gain deeper knowledge for managing more advanced cases. \nSign up below to reserve your seat and take the first steps in elevating your practice to new heights. If you have any questions\, please feel free to contact me anytime.
