Removal of a sialolith in Wharton's duct

Patient with sialolith of right wharton's duct. With the stone either visible or palpable in the distal aspect of the duct, removal is a simple procedure. A longitudinal stab incision is often adequate to uncover and push the stone out. No sutures necessary.
