This patient presented about 8 months after placement of multiple maxillary implants- No CBCT, No Guide, and No comprehensive evaluation. Patient was not ready to loose the entire bridge even though the prognosis of the implants are guarded. Site was degranulated and detoxified (topical antibiotics- with no certainty on its effectiveness) and grafted. Re-evaluation in 6 months to check progress. Other options such as Laser?
