This patient had two implants placed with no CBCT or surgical guide by her dentist. Several months later, she developed significant loss of tissue on buccal aspect. She then underwent two 'soft tissue' surgeries to cover the implants which was unsuccessful. She was unhappy with the aesthetics and also experienced continued pain in the area.  How would you go about treating this patient?

5. non restorable dental implant complications kazemi oral surgery
4. poorly positioned dental implant with bone loss kazemi oral surgery
3. Poorly angled dental implant complication kazemi oral surgery
2. dental implant infection and gum tissue loss kazemi oral surgery
