Preservation of several teeth and tissue in full-arch treatments
Full arch treatments in FP1 cases can be done with total preservation of bone and soft tissue and delivery of pink-free restoration. Additionally, as shown in this case, keeping several remaining teeth that were healthy helps to maintain patient's VDO as well as proprioception. Of course this requires precise implant placement which is much easier with digital work-flow as well as minor bone and soft tissue grafting to create the desired emergence. With multi-unit abutments, the overall laboratory cost remains the same as a hybrid prosthesis.
