Some patients undergoing full-arch implant replacement therapy do not want removable interim prosthesis and desire fixed provisional restorations during their entire treatment. While this can be managed quite readily in hybrid designs, it is a more difficult process in patients receiving full implant-supported crown and bridge restorations. In this course, we’ll discuss treatment strategies in full implant-supported crown and bridge and how to stage such treatments to allow fixed provisional restorations at all times. We’ll also discuss when fixed provisional is not an option and alternatives treatment options for the interim prosthesis.
